| Course Objectives | This course is designed to provide the candidate with detailed knowledge of strategic procurement and strategic management. In addition, a comprehensive overview of strategic issues within supply chain management is featured. It is primarily intended for candidates who wish to aspire to a management position within procurement and who wish to develop strategic knowledge that will contribute towards both the successful strategic management of the organisational supply chain and overall business. It is also appropriate for all contemporary industrial sectors. |
